The Kahkow project began in 2005, when the Rizek family already had a century of experience in the production of fine and aroma cocoa in the Dominican Republic.
From the development of distinctive profiles and our specialization in post-harvest treatment, we become the essential ingredient in the best chocolates. This is how Kahkow (cocoa + Know how) arises as a tribute to our Dominican identity and the step that would change our course. We are the first gourmet Dominican chocolate. In 2011, we opened our first Kahkow store, a space to display our creations and promote the chocolate culture in our country, the Dominican Republic.
We believe in the excellence of our Dominicanity. We work with discipline and determination, sowing and cultivating our land. We have accepted with humility and responsibility the challenge of representing Dominican cocoa. Our farms, located in the heart of our country, are distinguished by the excellence of their genetic material and by the exclusive post-harvest treatment to which their fruits are subjected.
