I have developed my career working as an outpatient with a dietary approach in Clinics, Hospitals, Beauty and Aesthetic Centers.

In the sports area, for 4 years I worked training coaches in anthropometric evaluation, counseling and nutritional evaluation of athletes in the Club Body Shop chain of gyms.

Professor at the Universidad Pontificia Madre and Master in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Giving courses, talks and conferences on nutritional education in Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.

Your Healthy Diet was conceived to be a solution within a hectic pace of life. Thus, we take care of providing a delivery diet service, based on the nutritional needs of each person, taking into account: their tastes, pathologies, pace of life and nutritional goals.
