My name is Vera Vicioso, holistic health coach, healthy foodie and founder of VERAWELL MIND AND BODY, a project that was born when I was looking for answers to my personal struggles. Much of my life I have suffered from eating disorders, always believing that external factors, or the perfect body, would fill the emotional voids that I felt.
Tired of the same thing and of avoiding through food, I took action, and sought help, parallel to this I started a certification as HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH, where I heal many things, I discovered that well-being goes far beyond a perfect diet, meet training quotas or have a statuesque body.
Well-being as a whole is for me today BALANCE, SPIRITUALITY, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS, CONSCIOUS EATING, SERVING and SPREADING THE MESSAGE OF LOVE.
I found purpose and my north, and that is why I live today, to share, and help all those who seek to improve their lives through wellness and health practices.
Change is difficult because people overestimate the value of what they have and underestimate the value of what they can gain by giving it up. “
